I am primarily person centred, however I do use gestalt and CBT tools to help me support clients better. With these tools I can help you change your habits and thoughts; help you understand yourself better and together we can establish what your goals are in counselling. During the first session I will complete an assessment which will establish what you would like to gain from counselling as well as explaining how I work and what to expect from the process. You can then decide if you would like to work with me.
